  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information (where available).

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Dairylicious is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the package and damaged product (if applicable)

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

International Shipping

Currently, Dairylicious ships within Pakistan only.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
